Processing Time

• All baked goods are made fresh to order. Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping or pickup.

Shipping Methods

• Cookies and shelf-stable items can be shipped within the U.S. via standard carriers (USPS/UPS).
• Fresh breads (like pandesal) are pickup or local delivery only in the Bronx/NYC area to ensure freshness.

Delivery Estimates

• Standard shipping usually takes 3–5 business days once your order has been sent out. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier.

Local Pickup & Delivery

• Customers in the Bronx/NYC area may choose local pickup or delivery at checkout. Pickup instructions will be emailed once your order is ready.

Shipping Restrictions

• At this time, we do not ship perishable bread items outside of NYC.
• We cannot be responsible for delays caused by the carrier once your package has been shipped.
